He is the chef at the inn’s restaurant Harvey’s Lounge, which is enjoyed by the public as well as the guests staying overnight.
Owner and manager Jeanne Gilligan has years of experience in hospitality ranging from small boutique hotels in coastal Ireland to expansive Times Square hotels. Their two kids Jack and Katie are offbeat but that suits them just fine.
