A Spanish teacher, a trip to Mexico City, and a stay in a bed and breakfast created a lifelong dream. My mother, Margaret Waldrip, is a retired Spanish teacher that took a trip with a group of local students in the early 1980s looking for Spanish schools in Mexico. After staying at a bed and breakfast, she was inspired to start one in an existing German pioneer home where the family was living. The three boys were in college, so she rented out the rooms. Now it includes an original one-room schoolhouse and a cottage. Your innkeepers invite you to get in touch to choose from one of the ten rooms in luxury and comfort; four rooms have a Jacuzzi tub, and two rooms have a full kitchen.
